Wireless Sync Not Working Between BlackBerry and Folders

If wireless synchronization
isn't working between your
BlackBerry device and one of its
folders, i.e. Calendar, Contacts,
Tasks, or Memos/Notes, take the
following troubleshooting
steps:

Verify that the wireless
synchronization is enabled for
the specific folder on your
BlackBerry device:

On the device Home screen
select the folder you
want to sync.

From within the folder
click the track
wheel/menu button and
select Options.

On the Options screen,
Wireless Synchronization
is set to NO. Click the
track wheel and select
Change Option > YES.
-
Click the track wheel and
select Save.
If you're still unable to
sync please proceed to the next
step.

If Wireless synchronization is
set to YES, but you are still
not getting your folder items:
-
-
On the device Home screen
select the folder
that's not syncing.

From within the folder
click the track wheel and
select Options.
-
Click the track wheel and
select Change Option.
Select NO for wireless
synchronization.

Click the track wheel and
select Save.
-
Wait ten minutes.
-
Click the track wheel and
select Options.
-
Click the track wheel and
select Change Option.
Select YES for wireless
synchronization.
-
Click the track wheel and
select Save.
-
Test the folder for
synchronization.
-
If your device is still unable
to synchronize after completing
the two steps above:

Go to Setting >
Options > Advanced
Options > Service
Books and delete
"Desktop
[Sync]" Service Book
-
Once deleted, click the
track wheel/menu button
and undelete the service
book
-
When the undelete action
is complete, move back
one menu and select
Enterprise Activation.
-
Wait 30 seconds. The
device should start to
initialize all the
folders with any input
from the user.

When initialization is
completed test the
device.
