Changing Your 'From' Email Address Via the Control Panel

 

NOTE: You must be an Administrator to perform these steps.

You can change your "From" email address to permanently reflect another email address via the hosted Exchange Control Panel. To do this:

  1. Login to the Control Panel.
  2. Click Manage Users.
  3. On the User List page click the General Settings link for the user whose address will change.
  4. In the Additional Email Addresses text box, enter the new "From" email address. This can only be the domain set up for your account.
  5. Click Save Changes.
  6. On the User List page select "Advanced Settings" from the drop-down menu.
  7. In the "From Email Address" drop-down menu select the email address that you want for all outgoing emails.
  8. Click Save Changes.


It will take approximately 20 minutes for the change to take effect.
